I have a big heart for people, bold ideas and tiny shifts towards a more gentle world. At this moment I’m finding my feet again between my design and communications career, my love for breathwork and motherhood.

I live with my partner and two children in the beautifully wild and green neighbourhood of Almere Oosterwold in the Netherlands.
